VENTURES
These ventures reflect the evolution of Katie’s work across humanitarian systems, regenerative strategy, and long-horizon value creation.
Each one expresses a shared belief
the future depends on building systems that create more value than they extract
Across infrastructure, land, and humanitarian work, the question remains the same:
How do we design systems that restore coherence — between people, place, capital, and the future?

Regenerative Infrastructure Holdings
AI Infrastructure, Reimagined
Regenerative Infrastructure Holdings explores how AI infrastructure can be designed to create more value than it extracts.
Its work focuses on renewable-powered, community-aligned data infrastructure models that integrate stewardship, local benefit, and long-horizon systems thinking.
At its core is a deeper inquiry:
What does it look like to build the backbone of the future — compute, energy, and capital — in ways that circulate value rather than concentrate it?
This platform reflects Katie’s broader work in aligning capital, technology, and stewardship into systems that are not only economically viable, but socially and ecologically regenerative.
NextGen Stewardship
Building Places of Belonging
NextGen Stewardship is a regenerative land development platform rooted in a deeper question:
How do we create places of belonging?
Its work integrates land, hospitality, energy, restoration, and community into a single coherent system — one that honors both the land itself and the people who move through it.
Rather than treating development as a purely transactional act, NextGen Stewardship approaches land as a living asset — capable of generating ecological renewal, meaningful experience, community benefit, and long-term resilience.
This work is grounded in long-horizon stewardship: building places where human connection, environmental restoration, and economic vitality can coexist and evolve together.
Compass Rose International
The Foundation of the Work
Compass Rose International is the humanitarian foundation Katie founded to address child trafficking at its roots and expand long-term opportunity for girls and families in Nepal.
Through the Girls INpowerment Center, this work brings together safety, education, holistic care, and community-rooted stability.
What began as disaster response evolved into something deeper:
building structures of belonging long before crisis demands rescue.
That work expanded into regenerative, community-rooted systems — including a 2,000-tree lemon farm, beekeeping, animal husbandry, and local food production — designed to create stability, circulate value locally, and support long-term resilience for families and the surrounding community.
Compass Rose remains a foundational part of Katie’s ecosystem — not separate from her ventures, but the proving ground through which her understanding of systems, dignity, and long-term impact was formed.
The Throughline
While each venture operates in a different arena — infrastructure, land, and humanitarian work — all are connected by a shared throughline:
How do we move from extraction to stewardship?
From fragmentation to coherence?
From short-term gain to long-term flourishing?
Together, these ventures reflect a body of work shaped by lived experience, systems thinking, and a commitment to building what comes next with greater responsibility.
