VENTURES

These ventures span humanitarian systems, regenerative infrastructure, and long-horizon land development. Each is built on one belief:

the future depends on systems that create more value than they extract.

Across infrastructure, land, and humanitarian work, the question stays the same — how do we restore coherence between people, place, capital, and the future?

AI Infrastructure, Reimagined

Regenerative Infrastructure Holdings builds regenerative AI data centers and training centers — and the ecosystems they live inside. It defines a new category: Regenerative Intelligence Infrastructure™ — compute powered by renewable energy, governed through community trusts, designed so that energy, capital, and local benefit circulate rather than concentrate.

The thesis is direct: the conditions of creation shape what is created. RIH builds at the level of those conditions, so the communities, ecology, and governance around the infrastructure strengthen alongside the intelligence forming within it.

Building Places of Belonging

NextGen Stewardship is a regenerative land development platform — land developed as a living asset, not a transaction.

The model integrates land, energy, hospitality, ecological restoration, and community into one system — built to generate ecological renewal, local benefit, and long-term resilience together.

The principle is long-horizon: build places where human connection, environmental restoration, and economic vitality compound over time.

The First Regenerative System

Compass Rose International is the humanitarian foundation Katie founded to address child trafficking at its roots and expand long-term opportunity for girls and families in Nepal. Through the Girls INpowerment Center, it brings together safety, education, holistic care, and community stability.

What began as earthquake relief became something deeper: building structures of belonging long before crisis demands rescue.

Today the Center anchors a working social enterprise. Surrounding farms and livestock — a 2,000-tree lemon orchard, 100 avocado trees, 20 beehives, 18 goats, and tomato and pumpkin patches — are run by local families under a revenue-sharing model. At the Center itself, the girls and staff and local women’s group Red Panda design, sew, and sell Indigenous seat cushions. Income and food circulate locally, building stability and self-reliance for the girls, the families, and the community around them.

Compass Rose is the proving ground for everything that followed — the body of work through which Katie's understanding of systems, dignity, and long-term impact was formed.

The Throughline

Different arenas — infrastructure, land, humanitarian work — one direction: from extraction to stewardship, from short-term gain to long-term flourishing.
