Regenerative Infrastructure Holdings
We are scaling artificial intelligence faster than any technology in human history, but we rarely ask a foundational question: what kind of environments are we training intelligence inside?
RIH is building a different container — renewable-powered AI data centers where energy preserves rather than destroys, community revenue participation is embedded before investor distributions, and physical environments are informed by natural intelligence. RIH does not retrofit extraction. It builds regenerative infrastructure from the ground up. Starting with a sovereign green data center in Nepal and a regenerative community in British Columbia, RIH is prototyping a new standard for how intelligence interfaces with ecosystems and communities. The conditions of creation shape what is created — and RIH is building accordingly.
NextGen Stewardship
NextGen Stewardship is a regenerative land development platform exploring how restoration, hospitality, energy, and community prosperity can be designed as one coherent system.
Its work is grounded in long-horizon stewardship — integrating ecological restoration, place-based development, and enduring value creation in ways that honor both land and future generations. Rather than treating development as a purely transactional act, NextGen Stewardship approaches land as a living asset capable of generating environmental renewal, meaningful guest experiences, community benefit, and long-term resilience.
This venture reflects Katie’s belief that the next generation of development must move beyond extraction toward models where land, hospitality, stewardship, and prosperity evolve together.
Compass Rose International
Compass Rose International is the humanitarian foundation Katie founded to address child trafficking at its roots and expand long-term opportunities for girls and families in Nepal.
At the heart of this work is the Girls INpowerment Center, a model that brings together safety, education, holistic care, and community-rooted stability. What began as earthquake relief evolved into a broader approach focused on addressing root causes through protection, dignity, and long-term mobility.
Compass Rose remains a foundational part of Katie’s ecosystem and a living expression of her belief that meaningful systems change begins by strengthening both people and the systems surrounding them.
