Katie Hilborn is an Impact Architect, keynote speaker, and 10x award-winning humanitarian whose work explores how consciousness shapes leadership, capital, systems, and legacy.

Across nearly two decades of global field experience, she has raised and stewarded $1.2M in philanthropic and catalytic capital, led humanitarian initiatives across Nepal, Uganda, Tanzania, Bolivia, Vietnam, and the United States, and built ventures and frameworks at the intersection of regenerative development, impact capital, and systems thinking.

She is the founder of Compass Rose International and the Girls INpowerment Center in Nepal — a model addressing child trafficking at its roots through safety, education, and long-term community stability. Today her work spans keynote speaking and regenerative infrastructure, including Regenerative Infrastructure Holdings and NextGen Stewardship.

Her work has been featured in national and regional media, recognized by award bodies that have also honored the Dalai Lama and Jane Goodall, and invited onto international stages focused on philanthropy, leadership, capital, and systems change.
