With nearly two decades of global field experience, she has raised and stewarded millions of dollars in philanthropic and catalytic capital, led humanitarian initiatives across multiple countries, and built ventures and frameworks at the intersection of regenerative development, impact capital, and systems thinking.

She is the founder of Compass Rose International and the visionary behind the Girls INpowerment Center in Nepal, a model addressing child trafficking at its roots through education, safety, and long-term community stability. Today, her work spans keynote speaking, regenerative infrastructure, capital alignment, and ventures including Regenerative Infrastructure Holdings and NextGen Stewardship.

Katie speaks internationally on regenerative capital, systems leadership, resilience, stewardship, and the future of infrastructure.
